Hey! I am preparing for our new baby that's due to arrive in just a little under 100days. So I have been looking at things to do from home to earn some extra cash! I have several things in the works as soon as I figure out if they are truly worth it I will pass them on to you guys. So stay tune!

His name is Tim after his daddy:-)

This is from a wedding I did this weekend. It was a red passion cake with cream cheese filling and buttercream Icing. The wedding was black an white with fresh red roses.

Hey all!
I have been busy busy busy! Since I got back from my anniversary trip I have been slammed with Lei Lei biz and I am not complaining I love it. I have made two dinners that I need to upload pics of.

Lei Lei's Home style Lasagna and Lei Lei's Chicken Marsala's with smashed Parmesan potatoes.
I have also made a Italian Tiramisu cheesecake.

Well I am back from my 1 year wedding anniversary. We went to Asheville, NC to see the Biltmore House then to a awesome cabin in Pigeon Forge TN

This is my Italian Cream Cake. I used European Butter, Mexican Vanilla and and sweeten coconut flakes with toasted chopped pecans. Then I put fresh cream cheese icing with toasted chopped pecans and coconut flakes. I got very very good comments from all my taste testers! This is a definite keeper.

The Menu: Stuff Mushrooms & Spinach Dip were the appetizer's.

Click on picture Ok this is my weakness. This is Lei Lei's Red Passion cake. I am very passionate about this cake. I sell this cake more than any other cake, even my cheesecakes. I LOVE it. To bad due to my current way of eating this is off limit's. But it smelled so good.

I made this for my coworkers parent's who were celebrating 60 plus years of marrige. It is a vanilla cake with red swirls and a Dark Chocolate Icing.

Ok! It has been a VERY busy week at Lei Lei's. I am so thankful to all. God is really blessing Lei Lei's Cuisine, Inc.

Today I am making Flounder and Shrimp Plates. I am looking forward to the weekend. I have several deliveries. I also have an intimate dinner for two on Sunday to prepare for. I will try to upload all my pics on Sunday. That tends to be a day of rest for me.

Well today was rest day! I am a Registered Nurse @ night so I had to sleep all day. It really felt good to just relax an sleep. Tomorrow I will be fixing Lei Lei's Sweet Home style Chili!.
