On Tuesday I made 11 plates of chili and salad. Pics hopefully will be up this weekend.
Today I am making Flounder and Shrimp Plates. I am looking forward to the weekend. I have several deliveries. I also have an intimate dinner for two on Sunday to prepare for. I will try to upload all my pics on Sunday. That tends to be a day of rest for me.

Well today was rest day! I am a Registered Nurse @ night so I had to sleep all day. It really felt good to just relax an sleep. Tomorrow I will be fixing Lei Lei's Sweet Home style Chili!. A wife surprised her husband with this cake for his birthday after she found this picture of him when he was little.

It gave me great pleasure to make this cake. Mama Mattie is one of the mothers of my church. She has always been a kind and gently woman. She still up and walking at 95!

My husband took this picture of his friend Josh Howard of the Dallas Mavericks and our son Teddy. Notice he is holding a box of Lei Lei's cheesecake lollies that he got for his grandma.

This is me after just setting up the wedding cake (my 2nd one). I was very nervous and my cousin was trying to loose me up.

Baby! Baby! These three cakes had the teddy bear drum them. When you sliced into the cake on layer was blue and the other layer was yellow!

Red Passion cupcakes! Fresh cream cheese icing and chopped pecans. Yummy!!! This is my weakness cake. I have a client who orders these Red Passion cupcakes several times a year.

This fruit tray was served with the big Eastern Star cake.

Oh was this a big cake! It was for the Eastern Star and Masonic Lodge of Winston-Salem. Each cake(5 total) was the color you see on the icing.
